Trauma-Ectomie feature film by Razor Bear Films

EARLY DEVELOPMENT PHASE

Trauma‑Ectomie is a contained micro-budget psychological body horror in the tradition of THE SUBSTANCE, THE BROOD, and HEREDITARY. Set in a decaying psychiatric retreat, the film follows a woman admitted for a radical therapy that extracts trauma by mutating it into flesh and surgically removing it. But while others purge their pain, hers won’t manifest - because it already exists, born from childhood experiments in this very facility.

What if your trauma didn’t haunt you - it hunted you? Trauma isn’t in your head. It’s under your skin.
